Merci's puppies Week 2

Merci’s puppies weighed in on Thursday October 3rd. Since Sullivan was born just before midnight, we will put him in with his sibling as the same day. Sullivan #1 weighed in on Thursday at 13.4 ounces. #2 Percy weighed in at 14.8 ounces. #3 our little Riley weighed in at 5.3 ounces, he will be small. We are giving Riley a couple supplement feedings every day to help him get stronger & put on weigh. #4 is Oliver, he weighed in at 12.7 ounces. #5 Chester weighed in at 9.5 ounces. #6 is our girl Myra, she weighed in at 1 pound. The 5 puppies are doing great & being well taken care of by Merci. Riley’s small size puts him at a disadvantage, as he gets stronger he is more able to compete for food. Libby is in heat & we bred her with Buster. If she does have puppies, they will be born the first of December & be ready for their new homes late January.
